You will see the house near car park area. Easter Elchies House is depicted on many Macallan labels. In this case, Elchies Brasserie which has an ever changing menu reflecting local produce. The Macallan Distillery is one of the few distilleries in Speyside with a place to eat. The bar has beautiful views of the Speyside countryside. This is updated regularly by the bar staff who develop the cocktail recipes. There is also an extensive selection of Macallan whiskies in the bar menu (25ml). Experienced bar staff are on hand to guide you if required. Some of which may no longer be commercially available. On the first floor, you can enjoy a tasting in the Macallan bar area. The tasting area is at the end of a glass walled walkway with this area. The Cave Priveé is a special area in the heart of the visitor centre which houses private casks.

The Macallan Distillery Visitor Centre opened in 2018. There is a strong sense of history and tradition with a whisky wall displaying a priceless collection of Macallan bottles from the 19th century to the present day.
